Are you serious?
Getting sick of those so called “Christians” who proceed to destroy innocent lives. Most recently read about a Deacon who raped a girl and got her pregnant. I am not even concerned about the legal consequences of his actions, those are for other people to worry about. What annoys me is that he even pretended to be a “God Fearing” Christian, let alone lead His people. Do these people even know what it means to Fear God? It is not so much about fearing what he will do to you on judgement day, why would you worry about something like that? You have no idea what it would be or why it would be so terrible. What we do know is what he will not do. He will not say “Good job, come to me, my loyal and faithful servant”, he will in fact not recognize you at all, he will not welcome you into his loving home and family, he will not forgive you for repeatedly shaming His Name. The thing we should fear the most is the eternal separation from Him that such actions inevitably deserve. While we are students of His Word in this world we are ambassadors for him and should behave as such. Why loving one another is such a stretch for the feeble human heart I have no idea, but every commandment ever issued in the Bible can be summed up in only one verse “Love one another…”. The simple things that love entails, respect, consideration, selflessness, concern, these things would heal world ills, solve global problems. If only…
